Simone Biles' Most Memorable Year Performance on 'Dancing With The Stars' Will Make You Cry

Simone Biles' Most Memorable Year Performance on 'Dancing With The Stars' Will Make You Cry

It looks like we’re in for a very emotional performance from Simone Biles and Sasha Farber on Dancing With The Stars.

The two will be performing a Viennese Waltz to “Good Good Father” by Chris Tomlin for the shows’ most memorable year week on Monday.

“I think this week is very special to Simone because it is the first time she could actually say something she has wanted to say for a long time,” Sasha told ET about what to expect.

Simone adds, “There’s just no right words or anything — once you can see the story, you will understand it…I block a lot of things out because I am a gymnast, the emotional side and part of it, but also from my childhood.”

Sasha warned just after that: “I think everyone’s going to cry.”

So, stock up on those tissues!

Val Chmerkovskiy Tells JJJ He's the New Fifth Harmony Member

Val Chmerkovskiy Tells JJJ He's the New Fifth Harmony Member

Backstage last night after Normani Kordei and Val Chmerkovskiy gave their magical performance on Dancing With the Stars, the Fifth Harmony member dished some secrets.

Normani tells JustJaredJr. she shows Lauren Jauregui, Ally Brooke and Dinah Jane, all of her numbers before she steps on the DWTS stage.

What is their reaction?

“Oh, they freak. They freak out,” Normani confessed.

In an unprecedented move, pro dancer Val has been zigzagging the world with Normani to rehearse, since Fifth Harmony is on tour. Right after our convo, they were hoping on a plane to the Philippines.

When asked Val if he’s now the Fifth Harmony after spending so much time on tour with the group, he replied, “Yes, I am. I think! I’m definitely a groupie. I don’t know if I’m part of the band, yet.”

“He’s definitely a groupie,” Normani laughed.

We also asked if they would be dancing to a Fifth Harmony song next week, since the theme is “Most Memorable Year.”

Their reaction was classic, check it out here.

Maksim Chmerkovskiy Expects to Be Dancing Again As Early As Next Week on 'DWTS'

Maksim Chmerkovskiy Expects to Be Dancing Again As Early As Next Week on 'DWTS'

Maksim Chmerkovskiy is still the biggest supporter of his partner Heather Morris on Dancing With the Stars, despite being sidelined by a calf injury.

We spoke with Maks last night right after Heather and her fill-in partner Alan Bersten gave their throwback performance.

“I’m just interested in her growth and potential,” Maks beams to us about proudly his partner. “At this point in the game, it doesn’t really matter who she’s with. I think Alan did an amazing job.”

Aww!

Maksim is totally supportive and appreciate of Alan, but he is still dying to get back on the dance floor.

When is that going to happen?

“My goal is next week,” Maks tells us.

This week, he’ll be sitting in on the rehearsing sessions with Heather and Alan, but he’s going to have to hold himself back.

“So, this week I just don’t want to do something stupid and then regret it,” he explains. “I want to do the right thing. If this is the result of one week, I’m sure I’m going to be more than ready.”

Will Normani Kordei & Val Chmerkovskiy Dance to a Fifth Harmony Song Next Week on 'DWTS'?

Will Normani Kordei & Val Chmerkovskiy Dance to a Fifth Harmony Song Next Week on 'DWTS'?

Fifth Harmony’s Normani Kordei and partner Val Chmerkovskiy hit a major milestone on Monday’s Dancing with the Stars. The pair received the highest score of the night with 34 points. The huge victory definitely made traveling around the world to perform with 5H, while rehearsing for the competition, well worth it.

Right before they jumped on a plane to the Philippines to rejoin the girl group on tour, we spoke to #TeamValMani backstage at DWTS about how the rest of Fifth Harmony have been supporting the singer during her time on the show and whether or not 5H will play a role in her routine next week.

Next week’s DWTS theme is the stars’ “Most Memorable Year,” so we had to ask, will the pair’s routine be a nod to Fifth Harmony or perhaps when the girls were on The X-Factor?

“You gotta tune in,” Val was quick to reply.

“Yeah, you’ve gotta stay tuned,” Normani smiled. “It’s super special though. It means a lot to me.”

We had to press. Can we possibly expect a routine to a Fifth Harmony song next week?!

“You gotta tune in,” was all he pair would give us. Fair enough!

Normani also opened up about getting the highest score on Monday night after another whirlwind week of traveling across the globe, this time to China.

“Honestly, it meant the world just because we learned this routine on a carpet on the other side of the world, no table,” the singer revealed. “It all came together honestly the day before. Which was wild. I prayed to God right before the music even started. I’m so grateful. I was nervous as hell.”

Maksim Chmerkovskiy Will Return to 'DWTS' This Week, But He Won’t Be Dancing (Yet)

Maksim Chmerkovskiy Will Return to 'DWTS' This Week, But He Won’t Be Dancing (Yet)

Despite partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy‘s serious injury, Heather Morris gave Glee fans an epic throwback to that iconic Britney Spears episode of the Fox series with a tango to “Toxic” on Monday night’s Dancing with the Stars.

After the show, we talked to Heather, her fill-in partner Alan Bersten and Maksim backstage at DWTS to find out when the pro plans on returning to the ballroom and how he’ll be lending a helping hand to Heather this week.

“This week I’m going to be with Heather and Alan in rehearsal,” Maksim tells us. “This is again going to be a joint effort. I was well on top of what was happening with the tango, but it was hard because I was away, this is going to be a lot easier.”

Alan opened up about how Maksim‘s return to rehearsals will affect their dynamic this week.

“It’s only gonna help it, because at the end of the day, it’s Heather and Maks who are a partnership, and I’m just here to fill in,” Alan explains. “I always want that reassurance from Maks when I’m choreographing. And it really helps having him in the room.”

“But, is it going to be two cooks in the kitchen is what we’re wondering?” Heather wonders. “That’s our cliffhanger!”

Emma Slater & Rashad Jennings Samba on DWTS Season 24 Week 3

Emma Slater & Rashad Jennings Samba on DWTS Season 24 Week 3

Emma Slater and football player Rashad Jennings are just not stopping their domination on the dance floor.

Team Shad Squad impressed the judges and audience with a sizzling samba to Jason Derulo‘s “Swalla” on tonight’s Dancing with the Stars.

Emma and Rashad earned 28 points, out of 40 from the judges.

Some of the judges thought he lost his footing on the dance, and Rashad definitely admits that he could’ve been sharper in the performance.
