Social media gurus Ethan Dolan and Grayson Dolan have been teasing an exciting new “announcement” for the past few days before they finally revealed their plan to take their viral videos to the next level.
“ANNOUNCMENT: IM WANT TO MAKE THIS ANNOUNCEMENT,” Ethan tweeted shortly before, riling his fans up with great effect.
“Things are about to change,” Grayson tweeted with a sunglasses emoji, “I’m hype af.”
What is this crazy new announcement, you may ask? The twins built an expansive WAREHOUSE, complete with a trampoline, a foam pit, skateboard ramps, colorful lights, and nearly unlimited video potential.
They also announced that, with this new set, they will be filming two videos a week for the month of May.
Their video has over a million views already, so it’s safe to say their fans are excited, too!
The twins are first and foremost brothers, and when they’re not pranking each other in their viral videos they’re messing with each other on Twitter or attempting to cut each other’s hair while they’re sleeping.
If you grew up with siblings, this is all-too-familiar. Even if you didn’t, you will LOL at these nine tweets where the twins absolutely roasted each other.
In a thread of tweets published in the last couple of hours, Ethan Dolan opened up about people who accuse his brother, Grayson Dolan, and him of “dropping friends.”
“I just wanna say something that I feel I kinda need to talk about,” he began. “I’m over seeing people accuse [Gray] and I of ‘dropping friends.’ We wouldn’t just not be friends with someone unless something went wrong.”
He went on to say that he and his brother were not “like that” at all and don’t believe in promoting drama.
We aren’t going to get into who Ethan could have been talking about, because who he chooses to be friends with is his business.
It’s definitely okay to change friends as you grow older, even if that does mean “dropping,” or outgrowing, some friends. Sometimes friendships become toxic, and those are the most important ones in the world to “drop.”
Fans leapt to support Ethan, thanking him for “finally” speaking out, and (in some cases) apologizing for leaping to assumptions.

Grayson Dolan is playing it coy this morning with his “good morning” tweet, but hardcore fans know that is just what the Youtube star is doing — playing.
Grayson announced this morning on Twitter that he has a prank in store for his twin brother, and while we don’t want to give it away (yet!) it promises to be hilarious if it works.
Gray asked his fans for a little help with the prank, which is going down tomorrow night (April 1, of course) at 9am PST. Of course, he deleted the tweets shortly afterwards so Ethan Dolan wouldn’t catch on.
We won’t say any more, although it looks like a few fans have already attempted to spoil the prank by warning Ethan on Instagram.
Here’s hoping Ethan doesn’t check his socials too much today! We’ll update once the pranking has commenced.
“One thing that people don’t know about us is that we do not know if we are fraternal or identical,” Ethan and Grayson told Glamoholic.com last year. “We’ve asked doctors and have received different answers but we’ve never been formally tested to see.”
